Just incase anyone else was having shipping issues with Canada post labels that sell on the dot com site. I had 3 calls from our local post office yesterday : I've been selling on the dot com site for 15 years and had never had that happen before managed payments.
Call 1 telling me that when they scanned my package it wouldn't scan and it showed as postage not paid and I needed to come pickup my parcel. I said I'd pop in with my proof of payment and call ebay and Canada post.
Call 2 They called again and said they were checking with their help desk to see what the issue is and said it was an ebay issue not Canada post and they'd call back.
Call 3 They said that they were not marking them as postage paid because ebay was in default on their payment to Canada post on our dot com sellers behalf? Apparently it's all worked out now and all they could do was put it in the mail stream and it wouldn't have a registration scan until it got to the main station. So many issues since managed payments!

There have been several reports about this in the past week and in the Sept 15,2021 Chat tyler@ebay responded.

Hi @ypdc_dennis & @msau4301 - there was a technical issue with Canada Post and our Labels account, but that should now be corrected.
Will you let me know if you're still running into this?
