Missing store categories

When I  in search on seller hub on either .com or .ca, I am missing 2 of my store categories. For example I have a cateory called "philately" I have about 70 items in it.  I can not find to search on seller hub in my store. If does show in the "store" , but that doesn't allow buyers to "look at other item", they do not even see that category. I called and was told that this was a "new issue", and they were working on it.  Does anyone have any other news......just want to make sure they aren't stringing me a line, and there will be a fix. TIA

It's not called "philately" it's called "stamps"  although there is a sub-category under stamps called specialty philately.

There are quite a few posts on the US forums about missing store categories so it does seem to be a problem that eBay is looking at.

That is just too weird......cause that is not at all what I created on this end!!

I have philately main category - then 3 sub categories 1. FDC 2. Misc. 3. Blocks

"Stamps" was created to experiment on my end if maybe my categories tabs were "broken", I created it to see if it showed up as a new category, it didn't. So I ignored it, never put anything in it, and now you see it with stuff.
