When I put in package dimensions and weight, the only shipping option that comes up is Canada post lettermail, despite my package being too large for lettermail. It is the only option that comes up when shipping to Canada, and the only Canada post option when shipping to the US.
Has anyone else been having this issue? How can I resolve it? I can't charge a fixed rate when shipping internationally either so I'm not able to list my items until the shipping options come back.
