From an overly optimistic standpoint, which many are trying hard to hold on to, you would think there would be some sort of a responsibility to fix issues (especially issues as critical as these) in a timely manner or to let people know that either they are being worked on or have been fixed. As it happens. All about accountability.  Back to playing edition 95 of Final Fantasy while I wait.

The usefullness of such chats has imo been substantially reduced to the point of not being worthwhile our time.
