My last three orders were canceled by sellers. Three diferent sellers. All three claiming unable to shipp My order. Yet their final statement claims "Buyer asked to cancel order". This is not true. However, order placed on another shopping web was placed and received. I think moving to another shopping web would be good idea.

That would be frustrating! Did the sellers have a shipping cost to Canada?
Sellers are not supposed to use buyer requested cancellation unless they actually did request it. In some cases they are penalized by eBay for cancelling. If you want to you can report each seller HERE.
Choose the option 'seller has violated eBay policy'

I've had sellers do that several times with me too. I will see the reason for canceling as "Buyer requested cancellation" and I'm like...ummm no you contacted me with some reason you can't ship and wanted to cancel. I never did anything about it and just left it as is.
From now on I will reply "if you cancel it... DO NOT MARK IT AS "BUYER REQUESTED CANCELLATION."

The sellers may be protecting their accounts.
You know that the feedback you leave is public, right?
And that there is a Resolution Centre that will get you refunds on unacceptable merchandise, unlike feed back which is only an opinion and is not used by eBay to assess accounts.
