On May 2024 I sold a pair of boots which couldn't be delivered because of buyer’s incomplete address, USPS made a mistake of not updating tracking, boots were lost for about a month, in the meantime buyer open an” item not delivered” case even though he had an incomplete address he won the case and the full amount of $ 660 were taken from my Ebay account, which it was fine because I got my boots back ( Ebay kept the $86 fee)
Right after that buyer open a payment dispute with his bank because according to him he didn’t get his money back, when I received the Ebay’s email with this notice I immediately appealed sending a snap shot from my Ebay account showing that the $660 were already taken from my account, 2 weeks later, today, I got an email from Enay telling me I lost the dispute, now I’m out of $ 660 plus the $ 86 fee from a sale that didn't’ take place!! Unbelievable !!
