This morning I get an email from eBay as follows:

Summary screen defined it as a
Memo - Scheduled payout
This is a new first time occurance. Appears our personal settings have become meaningless. As a matter of choice I will lock funds to cover store fees and postage and release when I choose. Store fees for this month will most likely come out very shortly from a ZERO balance.
