I reported this issue to eBay this morning:
Level 3 Store Sub-categories are not showing up in active or unsold listings. Makes it hiuhly difficult to edit or re-list items.
Reporting the issue took more time than it should have - had to go through the usual steps of proving I actually knew what I was talking about AND that the issue was eBay's, not mine.
I think the messge got rhrough.
