Was given my quarterly coupon code. When entering it in it says "Looks like that's the wrong code.."

eBay messaged me with my quarterly shipping supplies coupon. When entering the code to purchase some supplies it says "Looks like that's the wrong code. Please double-check and try again." I am not given an option to reply to the message that gave me the code. So how would I get something like this fixed?
