In just now testing shipping for a heavier item trying to approximate shipping to the USA it appears the eBay's postage calculator tool does not like items over 2.00 Kg. Believe it worked fine in the past. Below is a sample display. If you use calculated you hopefully will be fine. Expedited and Xpresspost are blocked.
Discounted services will vary internationally. Canada includes regular, expedited, Xpresspost and Priority with discounts

Still functioning incorrectly. Almost 4 months later. Tool requires full functionality for anyone using with Flat Rate shipping internationally.
