Sorry. My ebay account is temporarily locked. They do not provide an apportunity to chat. i tried to contact them on phone but it was very difficult. Does anyone know a way to unlock it? or any apportunity. i'm not Canadian or USA. i'm from Sri Lanka. if any ony can help it would be a grate help. thank you!.

Also-- the phone numbers you find online are mostly scammers. You do not ever have to pay for an eBay account, with the exception of fees on sales.
