Maybe your account has been hacked, I would contact Ebay about that just to be safe. Someone hacked my account years ago, but Ebay stopped them before any damage was done.

it says from ebay and it's in my ebay in box ... and in my email address it says "service@paypal.com" <iaud89@ca4iy.ebay.com>

eBbay and PayPal are separate companies these days -- so a return address of paypal should mean paypal (sign into your account and check if you see anything) or it could be a scammer.
Both ebay and paypal have addresses you can send suspected spam/scam messages to.

well there is no transactions showing in my paypal and no msg... and no haven't sold anything for a very long time. It must be some kind of scam
