ebay.com will not allow me to bid because i am on ebay.ca on a drill

what is the difference of ebay.ca to ebay.com  my account exists at ebay .ca and if I try to register on ebay.com it will not allow me because of my addresss what up with these Guys  paul

Hi Paul...Its not a Com vs Ca issue. Ebay will not let you bid because seller does not ship to Canada and has blocked bidders from countries not shipped to.

If seller does not have communication blocked could ask if they would and to add your ID to their blocked bidder exemption list.
