Check your purchase history.

https://www.ebay.ca/myb/PurchaseHistory?

The See orders from dropdown box lets you select from the last 60 days, the current year or the previous 2 years.  Until Dec 31 that would be 2019, 2018 and 2017 (On Jan 1 the choices become 2020, 2019, 2018).

If you are looking for an order from one of those recent years there will be a link to the Seller's profile with the order. The Seller's profile will have a contact link as well as items they are currently listing.

Go through your feedback list.

Maybe you will recognize their name .

EBay keeps records for about 90 days.

Paypal for about three years.

I have seven years of paperwork stacked in the closet.

Note that manufacturers' guarantees are not usually honoured if the seller is not a recognized reseller buying directly from the manufacturer.

So if the item broke down, the reseller can't help you and the manufacturer may not want to.

You may be able to locate the original purchase by going through your PayPal history. It appears you can go back as far as 2018. If you have emails saved somewhere you may also be able to locate that way. The factor is if the seller still is selling on eBay.
