My puchase history only goes bact to Nov. 2017, can I get my history going back more years?

You should be able to see all your orders going back to January 2017.

eBay only lets you see your purchases for the current year and the previous 2 years.

"See orders from" - last 60 days, 2019, 2018, 2017

EBay purges older information after a while - starting with unsold listings after 90 days.

You may be able to see at least the titles and selling price of your purchases on your Feedback page if either you or the seller left feedback. 

And Paypal keeps much longer records including postal and email addresses.

Neither keeps the original listing including pictures and descriptions.

If the reason has something to do with a warranty, you should be aware that warranties come from the manufacturer not the seller and most manufacturers do not honour warranties when the seller is not an authorized dealer.
