Thank you for your help tyler. It would be so much work listing these on another account, there are over 200 now! I phoned eBay today like they asked me to, and they are (supposed) to give me a call back tomorrow because they couldn't get through to their manager.
One thing that disturbed me was that he said I had been abolished from MP, could that be correct?

I am having a problem with an order and I am looking for help. I placed order 21-07058-69699 May 14.2021. The order was given to Intelcom Express for delivery. The problem is they do not deliver to where I live. The tracking show it as undeliverable (#LPKEN000000755187105) and it was returned to the client. I applied for a refund and the case was put on hold for a month so that the seller could provide tracking info. I received an email that said “Case # 5271442942 has been closed
We're not able to give you a refund This case is now closed Hi Jason, The seller provided tracking information that shows the shipping carrier tried to deliver.”. Can you help me with a next step also this is not the first time this has happened.

Hi @zee-chan-jpn-books - there's not a lot that we can do other than to continue to remind Canada Post that their software isn't yet updated (which we're doing).
You could look at temporarily shipping with another courier until CPC gets this corrected on their end. I know it's less ideal, but there isn't another workaround I can think of that will prevent this.

Hi @bunbar - that's really odd. I see that these are all multi-purchases of the same item number, so my initial theories aren't applicable.
It's been a long time since I've seen a buyer do an accidental multi-purchase, but it does happen. If you see more buyers continuing to have this happen please contact CS so they can review your account settings (and the buyers') and report it further.

Hi @bunbar - was this for Small Packet and did you purchase your postage via eBay Labels? Currently Canada Post does not offer tracking for Small Packet, but gives the receipt number as the 'tracking number' field, without a way for us to remove it.

when is this going to be fixed?There is no reason that there should be some sort of number entered as a tracking number of small packet when there is no tracking. It's misleading, confusing and is a time waster for the seller. If I delete that number in tracking after i print the label, it then shows the item as not shipped so if I have to go in and mark it as shipped again.
Also, we really do need a record of gst/hst paid when printing labels on ebay. Canada Post gives that information there is no reason that ebay shipping can't pass that information on.
Hi @pjcdn2005 - currently there is no way to remove that receipt number from populating in the 'tracking' field with eBay Labels. They are aware of the situation however, but I'm not currently aware of a timeline for that to be resolved.
If you haven't already, please consider sending the GST/HST record request to eBaylabels@eBay.ca so they can get that recorded!

The concern is order cancellations where a buyer has paid. These should be straight reversals but from my experience they've been removed from my bank because the funds were not technically processed. Sellers should not have to worry about funds being removed(from bank accounts) for situations that were beyond their control.

@triber - more or less, that's what happened. That's why changing the registration site is so damaging, it destroys the connection between your account and the processing software, which requires a manual technician to go in and 'clear out' the code.
I know that asking you to sell these on a different account is a massive amount of work. I have pushed back and checked with everyone I can find to see if there's another way, but there isn't. While we wait for the tech folks to get to your account you're stuck.
