When we refuse international returns, are we also refusing US returns?

Hi Tyler,
You should have my answer email from your message but just a follow up for all concerned. Are they any closer to a solution to the Postage Calculator problem for Tracked USA 1 to 2 Kgs?
Attached is the original discussion with any issues that were observed.
Thanks,
-Lotz

My listings are still showing the highest international shipping to any US Address, so instead of showing 4.25 buyers see 14.95. I have called 4 times and today was told since there are not enough complaints about this problem, I am at the very bottom of the priority list. I was just wondering if I have been contacting the right department, or if I would have better luck elsewhere. I am losing a lot of sales and it's very frustrating

I just looked at few of your listings and all had between $4.50 and $4.95 as shipping.
I use Highest Price First as my default Search, and also looked at some of your books.
Tyler will probably want a couple of listing numbers as examples.
On the other hand, shipping from Florida to Canada was $16 or more.
The location should be the location of the item, not your own location.

Everything I list now will show the right shipping price, so I have deleted and relisted some of it. I have over 5000 items listed so it may not show until after about 500 items. Also you'd have to use a US zip code to be shipped to . I think if I look for a Canada address, it will also show the right shipping cost. If you click on any item, they will all show the right shipping cost too, but you have to click on the item.
So if you go into my items and type shot glass, and look at 200 items at the same time, you can see at the bottom where the shipping goes up $10 for every shot glass after that

Turbo Lister?
It was announced years ago that it was to be discontinued in June 2017. But was updated until recently. EBay Europe sites got notice it is ending there. There are recent discussions in eBay USA Selling forums about this but no official notice yet of it finally coming to an end there.
Just want to make sure that eBay Canada Turbo Lister users get their final notice of TL end.
These topics on eBay.com has useful information on alternatives to Turbo Lister for anyone still using TL. Suggested alternatives for a computer based tool like Wonder Lister, Six Bit Solutions which are rare unlike web based solutions like inkFrog, Auctiva, etc,

I didn’t receive one of the emails asking if I would pay for turbo Lister (did any Canadians?) but certainly would if eBay kept TL. I would hope that eBay thinks again before they remove that function. That is a major reason that I am still selling on eBay. I looked at some alternatives, none seem as easy as Turbo Lister, which is still being updated BTW and their CS is actually excellent.

Hi @femmefan1946! Last night I said on a different thread that it was similar to shipping options and went by listing site (.com would consider 'domestic' to be US, and 'international' to be everything else), but this morning after thinking about it I'm not sure if stated item location also has a say in it.
The fun part is that I don't have any info that gets this specific, so I'm going to have to escalate this for clarity. Thanks for your patience on this, and I'll update as I hear back. 🙂

Hi @lotzofuniquegoodies (also including @momcqueen who had similar questions)
I haven't heard on this recently, but have requested another update. The last I heard it was a fix planned for a quick roll out, but apparently it hasn't yet taken effect. I'll see what I can find out and keep you posted!

Hi @bunbar - I've been working with the tech team on this over the last week and don't currently have an update on this. However, I'm not able to get the gallery to display the same results that it was doing last week, I see items on .com are showing a $4.95 shipping charge currently. Are you still seeing it happen? If so will you send me a PM with the item number you're seeing this happen with still? Thanks!

Hi @pocomocomputing - I haven't heard any indication that TurboLister for Canadian members will be being retired anytime soon. With any type of 'sunsetting' of an eBay tool, you will receive notice about it, so until that time comes you're good to keep using TurboLister. 🙂

Thanks for joining this week everyone - I'll update this thread and tag you if I get quick answers to the issues I've escalated, and see you about on the boards otherwise. 😄

Hi @femmefan1946 - we got lucky and heard back quickly on this one!
Returns are dependent on item location vs buyer location. If the item's location is set as Toronto, for example, and the buyer's location is set as San Jose, and your item is listed on .com, a return from the San Jose buyer would be considered an international return.
Not quite like I said would happen last night, apologies!

Hi @lotzofuniquegoodies & @momcqueen (apologies if I skipped anyone else)
I heard back from tech that the 2KG fix was supposed to have been rolled out over the weekend. Would you please give it a try and let me know if it is working? If you just create a thread on Seller Central and tag me to it that would work best. Thanks!
