Hello Tyler,
Just for clarification, can a seller request a buyers PayPal email address after an order has been refunded for INR and then eventually arrives? The information is no longer available to the seller by the time an item eventually arrives. Fortunately "some" buyers have no problem to re-pay. From my understanding there is nothing in MP to send any sort of replacement invoice.
Unfortunately parcels can be late for a variety of reasons. Mostly Covid but also due to miss-sorts and customs which sellers have ZERO control of. (Or the dreaded fallen off the radar and then suddenly reappearing.) It's not helping that for several months tracking in eBay is not updating properly. I've had packages shown as delivered 2 weeks prior...Confirmed by either Canadapost/USPS tracking or Feedback but still showing in route as per eBay. Lastly, non-tracked items are taking much longer than as per eBay's suggested time frames. Not all items are worthy of tracked expensive shipping services. They will get there....Eventually....And some customers are just a bit too quick on the INR button. Forcing sellers to refund with no means to recoup when something does arrive and only removing strikes with major prodding by the seller i not really of much help. Buyer got their goods. Seller needs to be paid.

Hi Tyler, just wondering if we will be getting another free month of listings on .ca in August like the .com? I downsized to a Basic store for 4 months while we had all the free listings, so will have to change subscriptions back to Premium store soon otherwise. Or if I am sneaky to get another month free, will end all my listings the day before July 31 & then relist them all again to get another 30 days before they roll over again. Thanks

Minor technical issue noted this morning. Only mentioned for its confusion factor.
When leaving feedback the form is expressing sales in US funds incorrectly.
Example: If order was 23.50 Canadian it shows as US 23.50.
Order detail is correct showing Canadian funds.

Hi @lotzofuniquegoodies - once a transaction has been paid for (even if it ends up refunded) you are able to exchange contact information via eBay message. Thanks!

Hi @2nd-time-around-jewelry - I don't have an answer for you on this quite yet, but I know that one is being worked on. Keep an eye on the announcement board for updates!
