Hi Tyler,
I can't sign in on eBay.CA with Internet Explorer but I can sign in on eBay.COM with Internet Explorer.
I don't know if this is the problem but eBay.COM has a different sign-in page (older version) then the one on eBay.CA (current version).
Signing in with Google Chrome works fine on eBay.CA
It started last Thursday Oct.17, 2019. I also cleared my cache and cookies...

Hi @gwrocen - I can't answer 'why' questions I'm afraid, but I can say that we do not currently automate Final Value Fees for partial refunds issued outside of a request (like a return or an Item not Received).
You are able to contact CS to request a courtesy credit of those fees!

Hi @silverdreamfilm - just following up on this. I haven't heard anything as of yet, but I noticed some folks on .com were having similar issues and they mentioned a workaround that may be worthwhile.
