My newest account looks a lot different than my older ones. Most important, the Active Listings page does not allow me to Search by title or keyword.

There are only a couple of hundred items listed, and I can put them in alphanumeric order which helps, but its still annoying.

G'morning Tyler,

In regards to the recent release of Optiseller and Item Specifics, are those missing specifics mandatory or can they be bypassed? With some older/obsolete items without original manuals/packaging confirming specifics can be extremely difficult to locate. Is it acceptable to leave blank? Also,as mentioned these flags were easily spotted/flagged with relist or sell similar. Now listings have become out of sight, out of mind until they sell.

Will Condition be updated automatically(By eBay) or is that only a change with newly created listings?

Hi @femmefan1946 - well that doesn't sound super helpful, does it? Can you let me know if your newest account is in Seller Hub? Or is this on the traditional 'Sell' page you're seeing the differences?

**Edit to add** you could consider opting the new account into Seller Hub (link here) which would get you an Active page you could search by keyword with!

Hi @lotzofuniquegoodies - I got some more information for you!

Q: In regards to the recent release of Optiseller and Item Specifics, are those missing specifics mandatory or can they be bypassed?

A: Optiseller reviews and surfaces both mandated and recommended Item Specifics, so depending on exactly which are being suggested will determine whether or not they're required. However, if you have the data to provide I suggest adding it, as it will help tie your item in to more buyer search options.

Q: Is it acceptable to leave blank?

A: If the Item Specific is a mandated one, you cannot leave it blank. If it is a recommended/optional one you could skip it.

Q: Also,as mentioned these flags were easily spotted/flagged with relist or sell similar. Now listings have become out of sight, out of mind until they sell.

A: The Item Specific mandates do not apply to existing Good Til Cancelled (GTC) listings currently - only on new and revised listings. However, more data provided in Item Specifics increases the buyer searches that your item can be tied to, so Seller Hub will regularly surface existing GTC items to you for review and update if they are missing mandated fields.

Q: Will Condition be updated automatically (By eBay) or is that only a change with newly created listings?

A: If the condition field is already filled then there is nothing to be done on existing listings, any specifics that are already entered on your items do not need to be updated or altered.
