China to Canada package shipping

I ordered apr 22 and its now july 10 and I still havent recieved them...why is it taking sooo long is there something wrong with the postal service or ?

What is the estimated delivery window that eBay gave you when you ordered?

With the resolution of the UPU problem with China Post underpaid international shipping and the slowdown in Canada Post processing of those shipments, even cheap surface shipments are arriving faster.

If the eBay dispute deadline has passed, the Paypal Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.

Ignore the suggestion that you Contact the Seller, and escalate to a Claim.

If the  seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.

In addition to slow shipping, you may have purchased vapourware.

For China to Canada orders I know the maximum wait time they say to wait is 2 months. Some packages can take up to 3 but then if it doesn't arrive you will have a more difficult time with the a request for refund or resend.

You must know you have 180 days from the time of purchase to put a paypal claim and that's your last resort. Make sure you never wait over 180 days.
