Coupon for shipping packaging supplies

I have an ebay store since Sept last year and I have never received a coupon for packaging supplies.  How can I get this?

It's a voucher that shows in your Summary quarterly.

Thanks for the tag @momcqueen! Hi @mybargainplace65, you should receive a quarterly shipping coupon for a Basic store subscription and above. If you opened a different store level (like the Starter store on eBay.com) that would not come with a coupon. Double check your subscription level and let us know if you still need help!
