I am getting charged import charges at checkout. I would rather pay upon delivery.

Last transaction was to Pitney Bowes for import charges.     $20.79 ????       I`m getting ripped.

Yes so am I! but I get charged even before I pay for the item in total!

when I am about to pay for what the total says I have, it doesn't complete it, WHY?!?! because PITNEY BOWES keeps taking out the shipping fee from what I have to pay for the supposed TOTAL thus making not completed!!

it says the total right there! and yet they keep on deducting the shipping before I even pay it in full! and they already took out 108.55 dollars before I even bought the item! they keep taking out 21.71 dollars from me and I tried to pay it 5 times!

IM GETTING PAID SHIPING FEES FOR SOMETHING THATS NOT GOING TO BE SHIPPED AT ALL NOW!

That is because the seller is using the "Global Shipping Program" where duties and taxes are collected at checkout rather than upon delivery.

If a seller is using the Global Shipping Program it specifies so in the listing.

You can simply avoid buying from those sellers and buy from someone else instead.
