Item not Received - past 60 days

Hello,

I purchased an item back in May and never received it. I've contacted the seller with no reply. I want Ebay to step in but the item is no longer listed in recently purchased items so I can send them an email. Who can I contact? What are next steps. Thanks?

If you paid with PayPal -- find the purchase transaction there and open up an Item-Not-Received claim.

Additional: If you bought in May do it now! Paypal's protection expires 180 days from time of purchase and you are getting close to the 6 month deadline.

Thanks for your answer. When I purchase items it asks me up log into PayPal but I guess that means you're checking out as a guest because my eBay transactions are not showing in PayPal. Do I have any other solutions with eBay or PayPal?

Paypal's Resolution Centre is on your PP account page under Tools.

You don't have to follow the suggestion that you Contact the Seller.

Ask PP to step in and escalate to a Claim as soon as allowed.

If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping,delivery)youwill be refunded.

Paypal allows 180 days from PAYMENT for disputes. Act now.

Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement. It won't arrive either.

Do NOT close the claim until you have the refund. If a seller tells you that is necessary he is lying.
