I am trying to list different prices for Canada Post's Lettermail service, due to the prices being higher if I decide to ship something in a bubble mailer instead of a plain white envelope. Is there a proper way to do this? eBay will not let me list the same service twice with different prices.
I am also trying to set a shipping rate for just the United States, but I can't figure out how to do it. My 'worldwide' shipping rate appears as a shipping option for the United States but that's not what I want.
I want the United States to have its own shipping rate so that the Worldwide rate only shows up for countries excluding Canada and the US.
Any help would be appreciated.
