Pitney Bowes swapped my stuff

What do I do now? I received a packaging containing a broken pen with someone else's name on it. God knows what happened to my order. The seller just said "I see" when I asked them who to contact. It's pretty obvious Pitney Bowes sent me someone else's package. I want my stuff 😞

This is the reason why it surprises me that so few sellers can't be bothered to include an itemized packing slip inside the package and mark it "customer copy", especially when it's being delivered between countries and customs would be involved. Customs handle an infinite number of parcels per day.  Mixups happen, but including a packing slip can help resolve any confusion. Some buyers "may" be buying from several sellers and it lets them know they got the right stuff and from who.  I often add a personalized note to a packing slip that customers seem to appreciate. Including a little piece of paper makes sure the buyer doesn't give grief or incorrect feedback to the wrong seller. It happens!!!
