Seller has sent me e-mail wondering if the Kentucky shipping address is corrrect. My understanding is that the global shipping site in Kentucky is where he should send it and the people there will handle all matters concerning this purchase as well as to exactly where this item should be sent. I gather that the seller does not know the buyer's actual address except fot the global shipping site in Kentucky. Shouldn't the seller know this information already?

The seller may not be aware of the program - you're right, they'd send to Kentucky and from there your item will be sent.
