I've never sent a package from Canada to India but if I was sending one, I probably wouldn't expect it to arrive for about 3 weeks after it had been shipped. But I would probably give it at least a month before I filed an item not received claim as some parcels do get delayed.
Unless the seller regularly sends package there they aren't going to know exactly how long it will take either.
Air Mail is fairly quick and there are many flights daily from Canada to India. We have a large Indo-Canadian population who stay in touch with the old country.
The problem may be on the Indian end. I have had to stop selling to India because of losses in transit.
When you purchased , eBay gave you a last estimated date for delivery.
If that date has passed, you can open an Item Not Received dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.
The first suggestion is to Contact the Seller, which will usually take care of the problem.
What time estimate does eBay give in your purchase details?
As well as actual shipping time, the package has to be cleared through customs in India.
i would recommend you ask the seller, from whom you purchased the item..
