I recently bought a item on Ebay. Seller uploaded tracking to paypal not Ebay. When checking tracking number I noticed my order was shipped out a day before I bought it. This morning Ebay sent me a notice saying the listing was removed for a possible policy violation and seller is no longer registered. Should I wait to see if order will arrive or go for refund asap?
nope, initiate the refund process immediately, if seller is no longer around thats due to fraud of some kind on their part and 99.9% chance your item was never actually shipped.
