Letthe customer know that you are happy to ship to the new address. Remind him that he can add upwards of a dozen "gift" addresses to his PP account.
Tell him that to print his shipping label he needs to have added the address to his PP account.
The one thing that is tricky here is that he cannot add addresses that are not in his own country. So if he is in Canada and wants you to ship to Greece, both of you have a quandry.
Because you are a new seller and fresh meat for scammers, be cautious if he cannot add the address. To the extent that you should refuse the sale (by Mutual Cancellation or by Unwanted Bidder) if necessary.
Can you give more detail? What is the item? What is the difference in the existing and the wanted addresss? What is the value of the item?
