shipment not received yet "System_Restriction" Exception message

I am awaiting a parcel from ebay...

I track the package thru global shipping number and the Status shows "Undeliverable- System Restriction"

What do I do now?

Contact your seller and ask what address they put on the parcel. I got my neighbour's mail yesterday, because her MOTHER got her address wrong.

And don't panic. It takes upwards of 20 days for any parcel to arrive from the USA. If you purchased before December 1, you should be fine.

Hi Nick,

If you get a hold of Customer Support, they should direct you to the Global Shipping team about this issue.
