No Automatic payment options allowed?

I can't seem to find an option to have my automatic payment stopped - I only get three options that I am not interested in. I want to be able to control when I pay and with which method of payment, it appears that I have no option anymore. Has something changed?

Can control the funding source but not the when. Ebay wants the invoice paid when due.

As an eBay seller, you're required to have an automatic payment method on file.

Here's how it works:
1. As you list or sell items, we keep track of your fees.
2. Once a month, we add up the fees and generate an invoice.
3. At this time, we notify you of the invoice and that we'll charge the automatic payment method you placed on file. You can view or update your automatic payment method here.

Can I use a different payment method this month?
Although you're required to have an automatic payment method on file, you can make a one-time payment using another payment method. If you decide to use a one-time payment, be sure to make the payment at least 5 days before your regular payment date.

You can use the "One time payment" at any time you want to pay your seller fees.
