I have had 2 problems paying the same seller for multiple purchases. The payment option is blocked until the seller totals the shipping costs. My problem lies in the fact that it is free shipping and no shipping costs are involved. I've tried to pay a few times for each and it comes up with the same blockage. I had the seller cancel the 1st payment of 9 items, but am confused again by the 2nd incident.
