Ebay is saying my payment did not go through. I HAVE MY BANK STATMENT SHOWING OTHERWISE. I JUST WANT MY REFUND OF $11.21  I'AM A SENIOR ON A SMALL PENSION. Did she receive your payment?

Is the Paypal address she gave correct?

Did you pay to that PP address?

Typos are a constant problem-- and not one easily solved by either eBay or Paypal.

Did your seller ship?

What is the tracking number on the parcel?

Oct 7/17 seller took item down.

Did you actually buy the item through eBay?

Were there more than one items available?

Normally, if only one item is available, when the item is sold (Oct 1 in your case) the listing is removed, but it shows up on your Items Purchased list.

If this did not happen, either you did not buy the item at all , or you bought it 'off-eBay' and eBay has no responsibility for the sale.
