Everytime I go to make my payment it states: To complete this payment, add a debit or credit card to your PayPal account. Your card will not be charged unless the transaction amount exceeds your balance. This is the first time this has been brought up all my information is completely verified I have no idea why its doing this all of a sudden all I care about is making a fast payment and recieving my item. I dont have time for this.
