I don't believe it's possible since it's not made known to public, except for the buyer + seller + paypal. Otherwise, sellers will have a bad rep (aside from feedback ratings) if they are exposed to have many PayPal complaints from buyers. It just doesn't look good on the seller, buyers too in this case. Therefore, I don't think it's possible.
