order cancelled by mistake

Hello,

Our order has been cancelled by mistake. Customer paid and we send item to customer. Today we received email from Ebay that order has been cancelled.How we can stop this cancellation? Can you help us please?

Can you be more specific with the wording of the message that you say you received from ebay? What you're reporting does not correspond with how it works here. Check the Resolution Centre, also. Do not click on any links in message, that could be phishing. 

Is the money that your customer paid still in your Paypal account?

Or more precisely, has a refund been made from your PP account to the customer?

 

Do you have tracking on the shipment?

Has the shipment been delivered to the customer?
