Does the seller specificallygive a shipping price for Canada in his listing? It would be in the S&H tab above the Item Specifics?
Never assume that Free Shipping to US destinations applies to other countries. A parcel that can be shipped with Delivery Confirmation within the USA for $2 could easily cost $25 to ship with DC to Canada.
How long has your seller been ignoring you? Many sellers are not at their computers 24/7, although this is sloppy practice. Allow a full 48 hours during the work week for a response.
