why cant I pay with paypal?

I have tried a few times to purchase an item and when I go to paypal and click pay now it just directs me back to the e-bay  paynow page.. It wont go through, and I know I have funds to pay it.. I used paypal earlier today on another site to purchase something!

Hi chatykaty .. Pure speculation . Is it a US seller. Perhaps has non US PayPal accounts blocked.

Contact seller , call PayPal (toll free 1-888-221-1161) or sometimes its just easier to try another seller.
