Always check your PayPal disputes to ensure they are correct!

So I had ordered some items from a seller who was in China, and the delivery estimate has come and gone, but I gave them extra time due to some issues on their end.

Anyways, I filed a case on PayPal and despite having selected that the item did not arrive, it set up the claim as "not as described". But it my notes I mentioned that the items never arrived.

I also noticed that the claim was only a fraction of the amount.

After a quick call to PayPal, they admitted there are glitches and thanked me for bringing this to their attention.

So once you open a dispute, especially for multi item purchases, always double check that the amount and the reasons are correct, otherwise it will cause issues with the dispute.

In my case, PayPal has created a new case and now it shows the correct amount and reason for the case.

So always check!
