Can't transfer money to my bank(s).

The Summary page does not load, so I can't move on from there.

The Money page allows me to send Requests, for my non-eBay business, but not transfer money to my account(s).

When I click on the To and From menus, they are blank.

I have sent a message to Paypal but nothing has come of it yet -- it's only been an hour or so on a holiday weekend.

My PayPal account works fine.

 

Try a different browser or clear your cache and cookies.

You may want to try to call them directly. Link attached. You should be able to bypass the required code. Phone number is 1-877-569-1116

 

  • For calls about Limitations and Business Support: Mon-Fri 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM PT and Sat-Sun 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT
    All other calls: Mon-Fri 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM PT and Sat-Sun 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM PT

Changing browsers worked.

And  it only took me seven hours to figure out how to do that.

I have 3 browsers on my desktop computer, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Opera which is helpful if there are problems with functionality on one of them at any given time.
