You sold an item.
The buyer paid you.
- With Managed Payments it takes from one to eight days for your customer's payment to be transferred to your bank account.
- ie: if you are paid late on Tuesday, and the payment would be transferred* the next Tuesday and Held until then.
You cancelled the order.
EBay immediately refunded the customer.
- The refund should have come from those Held funds.
It was eBay who refunded the customer? You didn't do it manually yourself?
Is your Managed Payments account attached to a checking account and has eBay been transferring other payments to it without problems?
Is this a one off problem or has it happened more than once?
