Managed Payments - HELP

In my Seller's Hub, I have this msg - You need to update your account details on file—this is required to set you up for managed payments. Update account details. When I click on the link I get the screen to enter the micro-deposit amounts - but I have not received any and I suspect there may be an issue with the account number. Where do I change my bank account info? I've tried all the links and can not find how to do it. Been going around in circle for days.....really frustrating.

My understanding is that for security reasons, changes to bank account information cannot be done online.  You'll need to call a Managed Payments specialist at eBay instead.

Have you tried changing it in sellers hub- payments- payout settings?

I didn't have to call to set up the account, why would I have to call to modify? Where can I find the phone number for the specialist?

Sorry to be late on the party. I would imagine that a change to your banking information would have to be done with a rep to minimize the possibility of somebody other than you trying to make this change.

Follow the links and hoops through a “contact us” link on most eBay pages. When you do get to speak with someone, make it clear at the beginning that you’re a Canadian seller with a Managed Payments issue.

Why does ebay hide phone numbers? The only numbers I found were from 10 yrs ago. Will give them a try in the am.

Did you find something called “Getting Paid for Items You’ve Sold”? I’d say that’s pretty close.
