Payment Dispute

I have an open payment dispute and I submitted "My Comments", but I want to make an additional comment. How am I able to do so?

The comment I submitted was that tracking shows the item delivered, but I wanted to also add that the buyer has given feedback that they received the item.

I wouldn’t worry about it. The information on the item’s online delivery confirmation is far more important than the information on the feedback. The bot processing your claim won’t take the feedback into consideration.

Payment Dispute

Is this an eBay item not received claim or a bank/paypal chargeback dispute.  If it is a chargeback what was the reason given for the dispute?  Did you enter the tracking number?

I agree with @marnotom!, feedback doesn't make any difference to the results of a dispute.

Payment Dispute

If this is an eBay dispute all eBay wants to know is the Proof of Delivery.

EBay considers feedback voluntary and does not use it to assess member accounts.

CC chargebacks are handled through eBay and the bank wants to see the Proof of Delivery but will also compare the address of the plaintiff to the address of delivery. Feedback is again irrelevant.
