Payment - No way to set it up!!!!!

When I try to use the link to "REGISTER NOW" it brings me back to the page I entered it from. No matter how I try ebay URL, site links etc. I just go around in circles.

Can anybody please help me with this problem??

You are currently on the Canada site so if you are trying to sign up for Managed Payments on this site, that's likely the problem.  Try signing out and then signing back into ebay.com.  

Have you been told to sign up for Managed Payments...you won't be able to do so until you're invited.

Oops..I see you are registered in Canada. Your listings show that you are in Texas so that confused me.
