I believe it has something to do with the banking system in Sri Lanka.  Many of your countrymen have problems paying.

What payment processor are you using?

Payoneer seems to work with Sri Lanka, but Paypal has problems.

Paypal is supposed to work for buyers, but not for SriLankan sellers.

For the record, debit cards are not a good way to buy online, because they take money directly from your bank account. This means there is no way to be refunded if there is a problem with the transaction.

It is better to use a credit card when buying online, because the card will have a chargeback policy.
