What procedure must I follow to send to Chile? Can I just go to the post office and mail direct rather than us Ebay programs?
Regards Don

Yes but check the prices.
With your Solutions for Small Business account, Canada Post gives you a discount on many services.

You don't have to be a "business" to have a SfSB account. I've used mine to ship for friends because the more you use the greater the discount (eventually).
EBay may give you a larger discount.

Attached is the page with the requirements for shipping to Chile. You can ship with eBay Labels, CP online or in person at a postal outlet. If you use eBay labels you will get the best discount. Unfortunately International Tracked is not available to Chile. Best option if it is small would be Intl Air or Xpresspost. Very important to check what is or isn't allowed for shipping to Chile and if there are any special customs requirements like certificates or customs invoices in a particular language. For your documentation you will need the buyers contact info including a valid fone number and email addy.
eBay Labels calculator attached. Remember on the last screen to click the eBay discounted rate button. Hope helps get you started.

BTW - how is that antique Badger lamp "solar" ? Is that part of the brand name?
