Go to your order and file an Item-Not-As-Described claim.

As the other person said the way to do that is to file a claim.  This  is a GSP item so you will want to state in your claim that it is a GSP shipment that arrived DAMAGED.  

You can click on the RESOLUTION CENTER at the bottom of this page (in about the middle). 

You can contact the seller and let them know but that is just a courtesy.  On a DAMAGED item that came via the GSP the shipping company is presumed responsible and it is they who will refund you, both the item price and the shipping costs.  Also any import charges you may have paid but on this order there does not seem to have been any separate from the ship fee. 

The point is, file a claim and say it was a damaged GSP item.
