Every time I search for something, a window pops up asking to input my postal code. How do I get rid of this?

Not sure where to post this, but since it happens whenever I search for things..

Every time I do a search, a window pops up asking for my postal code.  Even if I put it in and save it, view items on the page and go to the next page of items, it still pops up again.  It's seriously annoying, but I can't figure out how to get rid of it.

Anyone able to help?

Hi .. I have read several threads on that issue without a satisfactory answer. Are you signed in , change search criteria , change browsers etc.
