How do I search for items listed without Global Shipping?

eBay's Global Shipping partnership with Pitney Bowes is a mess for buyers outside of the U.S.  Pitney Bowes adds unwarranted shipping fees to items, forces me to give them power of attorney and opens all packages without explicit permission from anybody.

I would like to eliminate items listed with GSP from my eBay searches, is this possible? I am really frustrated by this program.

WORSE!  

If you read the Terms attentively, you will notice that THEY are the OWNERS of 

the merchandise from receiving the shipments, all through customs clearance 

until delivery of the package !!!   

This is why the users (seller and buyers alike) have no rights - except the right 

to pay taxes even in cases when none are legally due.  Plus a gratuity, ... err..  "handling charge".
